Strawberry Pineapple Cake

Ingredients needed are Yellow cake mix, heavy whipping cream, icing sugar, chopped almonds, sliced strawberry and pineapple.
Bake the cake and slit into 3 equal layers.

Beat the whipping cream with icing sugar and apply on the first layer, and arrange the fruits.
Repeat the same steps for the other two layers and cover it up with the icing, and decorate with remaining fruits and nuts.

Wall organizer

Made this wall organizer with a $5 pashima scarf, of course you can make it with any kind of fabric, I liked this because it kind of gives a traditional look with shiny golden flowers and the border.

First step cut the fabric along the borders to separate out it from the body of the scarf, do this step only for the half of the scarf, since we need the rest of the half to make pockets.

Secondly cut the pockets of your desired shape and size, I cut 2 long rectangles and 2 short.

Third step steam iron all the cut pieces with any kind of facing, since the fabric is too thin and the facing makes the organizer to stay stiff.

Now sew the edges to seal it. And attach the borders to the body of the scarf .

Attach the pockets one by one and fold the top end and sew it.

Diet Cookies

I named these cookies as diet cookies because, I didn't use regular sugar, nor maida/all purpose flour/ nor butter, wondering how i made without these essential ingredients, let's see how I made them.

This is what you need to make it. 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 to 3/4 th cup of coconut palm sugar.
The reason I used the coconut palm sugar is, It has low glycemic index, which means your sugar level won't spike after eating them and the calories are less compared to the regular refined sugar.
Add 1/2 tbspn of baking powder, 1/2 cup of chopped almonds and 4tbspn of ghee,
(which is purely optional), but I would still recommend to add some form of fat like shortening or oil, if not the cookies would be rock hard. I added about 4 tbspn of ghee but still we had hard time taking the first bite, it was bit hard.(remember it is diet cookie so it is not supposed to taste that good as the regular cookie)

Mix up everything well add required water or milk to make it into a soft dough, then roll it into a sheet of 1/2 inch thick. Cut into your desired shapes and place them on parchment paper and bake it for about 15 mins at 350c.
